1Zero packing, zero post office. When a customer buys merch on the website, payment is taken first, then the order details (size, colour, address) go straight to the print partner in the background. Status updates flow back here automatically with the tracking number. The only manual case is the flagged issue at row four, where the tab suggests re-sending the order or refunding it in one tap.

2Fully automatic. A gift card bought on the website gets a secure random code, a balance in the database and an automatic email to the recipient within seconds. In the admin the owner can check any balance, resend an email, or issue a personal voucher (e.g. a free $50 credit for a VIP) and void one with a reason. Codes can be spent on classes, packs and retail at the desk.

3Desk sale in three taps. Tap Sell on the item, pick the client (or walk-in), take payment from the card on file, terminal or cash — the same payment step as class packs on the Payments page. Stock counts down automatically and the sale lands in today’s revenue and the sales reports. Low stock (under 5) is flagged for reorder.

4One number per stream. Retail money rolls into the same daily / weekly / monthly sales reports as classes and packs, so revenue is never split across tools.
